1. Cancellation Policy:
Monthly Subscriptions:
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@flowhora.com
- Cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle start to avoid renewal charges.
- If cancelled during an active billing cycle, services will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
Annual Subscriptions:
- Annual plans can be cancelled anytime to stop auto-renewal.
- Services will continue until the end of the paid subscription period.
2. Refund Policy
General Policy: FlowHora follows a strict no-refund policy to maintain transparency and commitment.
Exceptions (Only Eligibility for Refunds Cases)
Refunds will be processed only in the following situations:
- Duplicate or accidental double payment
- A billing error occurred on our part.
- You experience technical issues that our team cannot resolve within 14 days of reporting.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction after purchase
- Account suspension due to policy violations
- Completed billing cycles
- Setup fees, onboarding, or custom integrations
- Partial usage or unused subscription time
3. Refund Process
To request a refund (only for eligible cases):
Email us at info@flowhora.com with complete details. Our team will review your request within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be credited 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Billing Responsibility
By purchasing any FlowHora plan, you agree that:
- You have reviewed all plan features and pricing
- You are responsible for correct payment details
- You understand and accept this refund policy

FlowHora reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
